At ArtsNBre Studios, Student Artist Leaders are more than volunteers, they are role models who help create a fun, safe, and encouraging experience for every camper.
Each summer, we intentionally select a small team of Student Artist Leaders to ensure every participant receives meaningful leadership opportunities and mentorship.
Whether you're interested in art, education, or simply making a difference, this opportunity provides valuable leadership experience that will strengthen college, scholarship, internship, and future job applications.

OPPORTUNITIES ARE OPEN TO STUDENTS IN:

Selected High School and College Student Leaders may also apply to work paid Extended Care shifts before and after camp (more information below).
Student Artist Leaders are expected to:
Commit to at least one (1) full week of camp
Be present daily from 8:45 AM – 2:45 PM
Support instructors and assist with art lessons
Help guide students through projects and activities
Maintain a positive and engaging environment
Jr Student Leaders have more flexible scheduling, requiring only 3 days a week. Selected days can be indicated on the application.
Selected high school and college Student Artist Leaders can also apply to work paid Extended Care shifts.
Morning Shift: 7:45 AM – 9:00 AM
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 5:15 PM
Compensation: $14/hour*
Extended Care Leads support student supervision, transitions, and daily camp flow before and after camp hours.
Priority consideration is given to Student Leaders who commit to three (3) or more full weeks of camp.
Hands-on experience working with children
Volunteer hours for school, scholarships, or programs
A strong addition to college, internship, leadership applications and resumes.
Opportunities to work alongside creative professionals
Volunteer hours will be documented and can be verified for school, scholarship, and extracurricular requirements.
Eligible students may also request a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the program.
