9:00 AM - 9:15 AM | Drop-Off & Welcome Activities

• Campers arrive and check-in

• Warm-up creative activities (coloring, doodling, free draw, journal prompts)

9:15 AM - 9:30 AM | Morning Meeting & Icebreaker

• Group introductions, daily overview, and expectations

• Fun warm-up game or quick movement activity

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM | Art Session 1

• Guided instruction or open-ended art creation

10:30 AM - 10:45 AM | Snack Break

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM | Art Session 2

• Continuation of morning project or new activity

11:45 AM - 12:15 PM | Outdoor Play / Recess

• Supervised free play, structured games, or movement-based activities

12:15 PM - 12:45 PM | Lunch Break

12:45 PM - 1:45 PM | Art Session 3

• Afternoon art activity, collaboration, or hands-on project

1:45 PM - 2:15 PM | Creative Exploration / Free Art Time

• Campers choose between mini creative stations (collage, bracelet making, air dry clay, etc.)

• Wrap-up and finishing touches on artwork

2:15 PM - 2:30 PM | Clean-Up & Reflection

• Campers clean their space and share thoughts on the day’s projects

2:30 PM - 2:45 PM | Pick-Up & Dismissal
